    Research on measurement planning method in equipment development

          针对装备研制过程参数体系庞大、测量链长导致的测量策划问题，分析建立测量模型、设计测量方案、评价测量结果的一般方法，提出解决装备研制中测量问题的基本思路，为通用化、流程化、规范化测量解决方案的形成提供参考。
    英文摘要:
          Aiming at the measurement planning problems caused by the huge parameter system and long measurement chain in the equipment development process, the general methods of establishing measurement models, designing measurement schemes and evaluating measurement results are analyzed, and the basic ideas to solve the measurement problems in equipment development are proposed, which provides a reference for the formation of universal, procedural and standardized measurement solutions.
