| This paper introduces a kind of high temperature surface thermometer verification, adapted to the (50 ~ 700 ℃ high temperature range of surface thermometer calibration. To check the temperature of the uniformity and stability was tested. The verification hot plate surface has a ф 50 mm uniform temperature field, the highest temperature when the surface temperature uniformity is less than 2 ℃, the stability of the temperature field is less than 1 ℃ / 10 min. On the surface under high temperature checking instrument to evaluate the uncertainty, checking instrument calibration data show that it can be used in high temperature surface thermometer calibration. |
