          本文根据本部门计量质量服务现状，详述了提高计量质量服务的方案：运用勤哲软件平台开发新的工作流，改变原有的工作模式；提高显性和隐性的服务质量，提高市场竞争力；引进新的技术手段，提高工作效率。实践运用证明计量质量服务得到了有效地提高。改善后的计量质量服务系统实时、高效、透明、便捷。

          This paper describes the improvement in detail,based on the measuring quality service status quo of our department.Researching new workflow developed on QinZhe software platform;changing the old operating mode;improving the explicit and the recessive service quality;improving the market competitiveness;introducing new techniques,improving working efficiency.Practical application shows that measurement quality service has been effectively improved.Measurement quality service system which has been improved provides a real-time,high efficiency、clear、convenient、function.
