    标准金属布氏硬度块测量不确定度的间接评定
    Indirect Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement of Brinell Hardness Standard Blocks

          基于JJG147-2005《标准金属布氏硬度块》国家计量检定规程以及JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》国家计量技术规范，给出了一种间接评定标准块测量不确定度的新方法。建立了硬度测量的新模型，并对该测量模型进行了严密分析，合理剔除了间接评定时，各耦合项对不确定度的二次贡献。指出其测量不确定度主要来源于其均匀性和工作标准机的重复性以及标准块硬度值最小增量、比对块的均匀性和长期稳定性、副基准机的测量不确定度。按规程的测量条件和方法，以(125~225)HBW10/3000/30标尺标准块为例，对其测量不确定度进行了系统的间接评定。
