          以CPLD为核心的高速高精度的频率测量，不同于常用的测频法和测周期法。本文介绍的测频方法，不仅消除了常规测频法带来的误差，而且具有高集成度、高速、高可靠性的特点。

          It is different from the methods of calibrating frequency and periodicity in the high-speed,high-precision measuring frequency of CPLD.The measurement of angular speed fluctuant rate not only eliminates the error in generic method of calibrating frequency, but also has the characteristic of high-integration,high-speed and high-reliability.
