          介绍了失真度测量的基本概念；按照模拟化和数字化失真度测量两大类型，对各种测量方法的特点进行了分析；阐述了失真度测量中的若干关键问题，以及当前失真度测量研究动态。

          The concept of signal distortion measurement is introduced in this papre and some technical features are discussed according to the classification of analog and digitizing method. Some key problems and study hot points are analyzed. The research trend of the degree of distortion is presented as well.
