| Using piezoresistive silicon the absolute pressure sensor produced by ICSENSOR Co. U.S.A. to measure static pressure,a sensor applying to small\|sized unmanned plane for keeping altitude has been designed.Higher sensitivity,lighter weight,single power supply,board\|structure,higher reliability and better repeatability are its distinguished performance.It is a new design and fills the vacancy in this area. |
