英文摘要:
      A new method of surface roughness calibration and meaurement is introduced in this paper.Surface roughness of specimen to be gauged will be given by calibrating core\|wings ratio of a set of gauged standard specimen within the same range.This method is stable and reliable,its experiment equipment is simple and its data processing is convenient,so this method puts forward a better way of un\|contact surface roughness measurement.
