          This paper describes the measurement of amplitude and phase of mechanical vibration with laser interferometer and then the characteristic measurement of magnitude and phase frequence response functions (FRF) for the sensitivity of vibration transducer. The characteristic of FRF is emphasised,especially the calculation method of untangential function
