          在真空计量领域中，Ｅｘｃｅｌ电子表格软件得到了广泛的应用。本文举例说明了Ｅｘｃｅｌ的数据计算，统计分析，回归分析，宏、ＯＬＥ和ＤＤＥ功能。

          Excel is widely applied in the vacuum metrology. This paper gives s0me examples to describe the calculation,statistic analysis, regression analysis,macro,OLR and DDE functions of Excel.
