          介绍了线阵CCD器件用于二线小角度测量的研究，给出了一种线阵（二双坐标自准直仪及其测量原理、仪器硬件和软件设计。实验表明：所研制的CCD双坐标自准在仪量程为±5，分辨力优于0．2"，测量精度优于1"。
