          利用地球重力场可以测定转动惯量，我们称这种方法为落体法。文中介绍了两种落体测量方法，说明了它们的作用原理及其它有关问题。这些方法的测量不确定度为５％。利用这些方法可以测量质量未知物体的转动惯量。

          This paper describes the principle and methods of measuring the moment of inertia with falling bodies (namely using gravitational field). These methods can be used to measure the moment of inertia of rotors whose masses can not be known. The uncertainty of these methods is 0. 05.
