          分析了单相４００Ｈｚ功率因数表基本误差检定中存在的主要问题，介绍了最新研制的精密相位计，介绍了单相４００Ｈｚ功率因数表基本误差的检定方法并对检定结果进行了讨论。

          Main problems about basic error ca1ibration for power factor meter with 400 Hz andsingle phase are analysed. The new phase meter with high precision and basic error of calibrating thepower factor meter are introduced and its calibrating results are discussed.
