Abstract:Three kinds of manufacturing modes are introduced: the intelligent making, networking manufacturing, and 3D printing. From the development of manufacturing in future, the needs of both manufacturing and quality assurance for calibration are presented in detail. The emphases are put on both the base effects and leading effects of the measure ability and the testability on the development of future manufacturing. The main idea is that by using the digital measurement, the intelligent measurement, and the 3D printing calibration, one can face the three kinds of manufacturing modes in future.

Abstract:The principle of repetition rate locking technology and the application background of a δ cavity SESAM mode-locked all polarization maintaining Er-doped fiber laser is introduced and a set of experiment device which can quickly lock the repetition rate of SESAM mode-locked all polarization maintaining Er-doped fiber laser is designed. The locking device will finally lock the repetition frequency of laser to the hydrogen maser, so that the stability of the repetition frequency of the fiber laser is the same as the hydrogen maser. The repetition rate stability of the all polarization maintaining Er-doped fiber laser is quantized by using the method of calculating repeated frequency Allan variance. And the stability of repetition rate is compared between the locked laser and the unlocked laser.

Abstract:This paper focusing on requesting low quality、small volume and high heat conduction of the instrument, applies theoretical analysising and thermal simulation calculation to support and guidance the stuctual desigh. This desigh method achieves the effective heat dissipation instrument of low costs, this instrument is reasionable because of the experimental verification. This desigh mode of combination of theoretical calculation and theral analysis can guide the structural desigh , the mode provides the derection of thermal desigh of structural.

Abstract:Sampled Grating Distributed Bragg Reflector (SGDBR) light source is a current driven wavelength tunable light source. This paper introduces the principle characteristics of the light source, through the platform of automatic calibration system to establish the light source driving current and output light wavelength combination relationship, then the relationship between design for photoelectric system circuit board level, and spectral parameters of the light output are validated by experiment. A low cost scanning light source used in fiber Bragg grating demodulation instrument is obtained.

Abstract:The random angular vibration control system is studied in order to realize the application of random control technology to angular vibration. By setting the reference spectrum and feedback response signal power spectrum to modify the driving spectrum, we can generate driving signals according to the driving spectrum, control the angular vibration table of angular vibration in real-time accurately by using the driving signals and response signal feedback, and finally realize the stable response spectrum in the reference spectrum with tolerance range. By constructing the control system and analyzing the control algorithm, we solve the problem of realizing the random angular vibration of the angular vibrator. The feasibility of the control algorithm and the reliability of the control system are verified by the experiment, and the power spectrum of angular and angular acceleration of the angular vibrator is completed.

Abstract:This paper presents 6σ methods and tools to solve the problem of low qualification rate of the accelerometer inflating process. The possible factors affecting the qualification rate of the inflating process were found through flow analysis and fishbone diagram, and finally, the key factors were identified by means of equal variance test and one-way ANOVA. After many tests and verification analysis, the improvement measures are put forward, and the overall qualification rate of the accelerometer is improved effectively.

Abstract:A common wire-wound platinum resistance temperature sensor wraps platinum wires around the ceramic or plastic skeleton and cannot meet the requirements of high temperature test and vibration resistance. In this paper, a special platinum resistance dual-channel temperature sensor with high temperature resistance, good insulation, high temperature measurement accuracy and high reliability has been trial-produced and its scale mark can satisfy BA2. It adopts stainless steel skeleton as matrix material, and high temperature resistant insulating material is wrapped on the skeleton. After that, four high-purity platinum wires with the diameter of 0.04 mm are bound on the skeleton in a parallel way. The platinum wires almost cling to the surface of the stainless steel skeleton, which can reflect the actual temperature of the measured medium more accurately and rapidly than the general axial thermal resistor. The sensor can output two groups of the same resistance signal for use at the same time with agile response and dual redundant.

Abstract:The measuring cycle of measuring equipment is the time interval of regular measurement for measuring equipment in accordance with the prescribed procedure, usually for 1 year. With the development of the space station task, the operation time of the measuring equipment is at least 2 years. It is necessary to analyze how to evaluate the measuring equipment and to determine the measurement cycle, and to make the most possible to meet the demand of the space station is more urgent. This paper combines the characteristics of China space station measuring equipment, choosing the weighted and total score assessment method to determine the measurement cycle. This paper can be used as a reference for the measurement cycle of the future space station, and it can provide reference for the measurement cycle of non-compulsory verification equipment.

Abstract:As the important components of an impulse force generator, the lifting mechanism and righting mechanism play a vital role in the accuracy and repeatability of dynamic force calibration. This paper designed and improved the lifting and righting mechanisms, which can satisfy the dynamic force calibration of force sensors. The good performance specification of the designation is verified based on the experimental data.

Abstract:The influence factors of trace oil content, containing standard material, rate of gas flow and solution stable time which were obtained by the method of “condensational enrichment — ultraviolet spectrophoto” to measure launching site gas was investigated. The optimal parameters of flow velocity of sampling and standing time of the solution could be selected, which could improve the accuracy and efficiency of oil content analysis in special gas.

Abstract:The Raoul effect makes a great influence on the accuracy of measuring dew point of gas using a hygrometer. When estimating the Raoul effect by measuring condensate freezing point, we found drops of alcohol on the cold mirror for blowing and heating evaporation residue alcohol to clean the surface can greatly reduce the Raoul effect. It can reduce the Raoul effect’s error of dew point temperature to less than 0.1℃.

Abstract:Quickly and accurately obtaining the performance indexes of large dynamic range microwave devices is particularly important in microwave communication. Abstract:In the same type of parts measurement tasks,,there are one-time inspection batch parts in addition to a single piece of inspection parts. Tasks can not be finished according to the original pian.In order to measure accurately and efficiently, the method of improvement should be studied. Through the study of typical parts such as rotating parts the impact of measurement points, influence on the measurement results of the design of fixed fixture, coordinate system, design programming module, realize batch parts more than at the same time continuous automatic measurement and measurement results of automatic text output, set up automatic measuring method of batch of key parts. It ensures the accuracy of measurement results, improves efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and the effective guarantee for scientific research and production is provided.
