Abstract:An index system of 14 design elements and the tenets of measure ability are presented from the concept of measure ability of complex products and at the position of users, and they are used to instruct the measure ability design of complex products. The same 14 elements are applied to the estimation of measure ability of products, and they are also used to compare the different measure ability designs.

Abstract:In this paper, a flatness measurement software was designed called FlatEx including three modules which named absolute testing, inclination measurement of milling straight edges and sub-aperture stitching basing on the wave data by using phase-shift interferometer. By comparison with the process in verification using the flatness interferometer with isoclinic circle fringe, this method proves theoretically feasible for extracting sparse points from dense points in accordance with regulations or unwritten ways. FlatEx can process data from kinds of software in phase-shifting interferometer and bring forward the reasonable requirement result of flatness. By comparison with the results between the phase-shift interferometer and the flatness interferometer with isoclinic circle fringe, it shows a good correlation.

Abstract:The turbidimetric method is a kind of simple and convenient way of rapid quantitative detection of dextran, which has been applied to membrane performance evaluation and testing. This work was based on the reaction mechanism of dextran solution and ethanol, and proposed that the reaction process is an important factor that affects the stability of the turbidity value of the final solution system. By improving the experiment condition, the accuracy of the dextran solution concentration was raised, and the problem that working curve and repeatability cannot be set up in testing was solved. Satisfactory results were achieved for linear range (100~1000) mg/L, detection limit (0.007~0.093) mg/L, and standard recovery (80%~95%) of dextran (20 K/ 100 K/ 200 K).

Abstract:Flapping wing aircraft is a new type of unmanned aerial vehicle derived from the theory of bird bionics. The periodic flapping of the wing provides the lift and thrust forces that are required by the aircraft. This new aircraft has a wide application prospect in the field of military and civil aircrafts. The aerodynamic measurement of the flapping wing aircraft is an important means for the aerodynamic testing. The accurate measurement of the multi-dimensional aerodynamic force can provide the experimental data for the optimization of the new flapping wing design and the improvement of the flight control quality. This paper introduces a new modular multi-dimensional small-scale dynamometer platform, which can realize the measurement of six-dimensional aerodynamic and aerodynamic moments of flapping wing aircraft. Considering the purpose of measuring dynamic force load of flapping wings, the Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software was used to analyze the modal and frequency response of the dynamometer platform, and the frequency response is obtained at the working frequency. The vibration characteristics of the force platform meet the design requirements.

Abstract:This article introduces the optimum options for temperature test system of sensors for automatic distillation apparatus. It has been proved that after the optimum design,the temperature sensor for automatic distillation apparatus can be used to replace the glass thermometer and indicate the temperature,and it has greatly improved its resolution and accuracy. It has the same temperature lag, effect of revealed liquid column and precision as the distillation-range glass thermometers, and it further improves the test accuracy and reliability.

Abstract:This paper introduces the working principle and development process of a portable humidity generator penetration. It elaborates the thermostat body design of the humidity generator, selection of the permeation tube selection, and design of the gas path optimization. Through the experiment it proves that the device is stable in performance and accurate and reliable in working.

Abstract:This paper introduces the field calibration method of an aerostat ballonet volume measuring device, by setting the calibration area to construct local three-dimensional coordinates of ground control points. 6 ground control points are set up beside the object. With a total station and laser prism assembly in accordance with the polar coordinate method of observation, the local three-dimensional coordinates of the precision calibration bar beside the object are observed, a calibration reference coordinate system is set up, and a complete site calibration is constructed. The measuring device for calibration acquired images in the reference coordinate system of the precision calibration point bar, the solution of exterior orientation elements is obtained for each camera measurement device, and the position and attitude are obtained to complete the calibration work. This paper presents a field calibration method that solves the measurement device calibration problem, under the condition of moving measurement device in use in any scene and the application of aerostat envelope volume measurement.

Abstract:This paper introduced the technology standard GB/T9452, HB5425, AMS2750, BAC5621, CPS8100, JJF1376 and so on about heat treatment furnace Temperature Uniformity Surveys and System Accuracy Tests. Differences of the technology standards and use in different industries are discussed, through compared with requirements of the current version standard in the heat treatment furnace classification, test temperature, test process, sampling requirements, the results, test cycle, temperature uniformity test, sensor calibration, the number of sensors, space position, measuring instrument technology, instrument calibration and so on. And the development and future trends of the heat treating furnace Temperature Uniformity Surveys and System Accuracy Tests are discussed, through analyzing changes over the past version technical standards such as GB/T9452, AMS2750.

Abstract:This paper first briefly introduces the needs of spot measurement and the work in the research of spot multichannel calibration device for low-air-pressure testing equipment. This paper introduces the constitution and function of the hardware and software. The calibration device is miniaturized, portable, multichannel, function open-ended and other characteristics. Abstract:In analog circuit design, the zero drift is a special problem of direct coupling amplifier circuit. Combining with engineering application cases, the paper introduces the problems caused by amplifier AD620 instrument zero drift, points out its forming reason, and analyzes the influence. Through the selection of different filer capacitances, it concludes the influence of the common-mode rejection ratio on the zero drift. This article can offer reference for the actual possible acquisition to avoid the issues such as difference of ultra-precision, and provide some reference and basis for fault analysis.
