Abstract:The necessity of studying angular vibration calibration device was presented based on the demand of inertia measurement unit's performance evaluation. According to the composition of existing angular vibration calibration device, analyzing and concluding the working principles, characteristics and drawbacks of every approaches of angular vibration excitation source in detail. The main performance indices of some typical devices in domestic and abroad were listed. The primary implementation of standard angular vibration measurement system was introduced. According to the current state of related research of excitation source of angular vibration calibration device, some development tendencies in future were analyzed and explored. The prospects and conclusions provided consult and reference for researchers in this field.

Abstract:In order to increase the accuracy of wall temperature measurement of inlet in the anti-icing test, the effect of heat transfer to the measurement result should be considered. The heat transfer model of the measurement scheme is constructed, and the measured wall temperature error by heat transfer is calculated. The result shows that in the environment of large temperature difference and strong convection, the measured wall temperature error is greater, so that the measured temperature is lower. Other conditions which wall temperature measurement error exists are also discussed. The scheme of minimizing wall temperature measurement error is presented in the end.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the needs of reference materials for water content of analytical lab, a series of certified reference materials (CRMs) have been developed, including 4 CRMs of liquid with a water content ranging from 0.139mg/g to 47.6mg/g and an expanded uncertainty ranging from 0.012mg/g to 1.1mg/g, 3 CRMs of compounds containing crystal water with a water content ranging from 50.7mg/g to 156.3mg/g and an expanded uncertainty ranging from 0.6mg/g to 1.3mg/g, and 3 CRMs of mixture with a water content ranging from 0.142mg/g to 9.90mg/g and an expanded uncertainty ranging from 0.013mg/g to 0.20mg/g. This series of CRMs are suitable for the calibration and verification of Karl Fischer coulometric titrator and volumetric titrator, and the validation of analytical method for water content, which assures the accuracy and consistency of water content results in our country.

Abstract:CCD camera brightness and chromaticity test instrument with a series of measurement advantages have been widely used in flat panel display measurement field. In this paper, based on the advantages of relevant measurement standards at home and abroad, based on the traceability requirements of the flat panel display industry, the calibration device is developed. Based on the integrating sphere and spectral color measurement principle, the CCD camera luminance calibration device , And the measurement of the calibration device performance and characteristics of the device and the measurement results to verify. The results show that the calibration device meets the technical requirements as a measurement standard and can be used for calibration of CCD camera brightness and chromaticity parameters.

Abstract:unburned carbon content of fly ash is an important index reflecting the combustion efficiency of utility boiler. Measuring the carbon content in the fly ash accurately is beneficial to the detection and adjustment of boiler combustion. This paper uses the ant colony neural network which optimized the initializing weights, thresholds and numbers of node in hidden layer of BP neural network. The optimized neural network is used to predict the unburned carbon content of fly ash. And the prediction result is also analyzed in this paper.

Abstract:Extinction Ratio (ER) is the essential parameter which evaluates the transmission performance of optical transmitter. Restrictions over ER also found in international standards. Calibration on ER parameter is primarily implemented through direct comparisons according to the standard ER source. But the critical step is to establish a stable, ER-adjustable optical signal source, which can generate high ER as possible. This paper has implemented a novel structure of high ER generator based on cascade Mach-Zender Modulator (MZM), which can generate data-rate-adjustable signal (12.5 Gb/s below), and maintain the output ER above 12dB.

Abstract:Traditional life test to assess the reliability of electronic components take longer. How to quickly and accurately obtain the performance practice of electronic components and engineering tests on the urgent need to address the problem.In this paper, resistance-type humidity sensor as the research object, based on accelerated degradation test (ADT) reliability evaluation method, combined with maximum likelihood estimation and least squares method to solve the pseudo-failure life under accelerated stress distribution parameters, and draw reliability function under normal stress level.The results show that ADT can get accurate information about the reliability of the humidity sensor, shorten the test period, this evaluation method is also applicable to other electronic components reliability study, there is a wide range of application.

Abstract:The Thrust calibration plays an important role in thrust measurement, and its calibration accuracy directly affects the measurement result. The traditional calibration method has poor precision and low efficiency, which can not meet the current measurement requirements. In this paper, a new on-line thrust calibration device is proposed. The cylinder tensioning force is generated by the cylinder with servo motor. The closed-loop PID system is formed by the pressure control system,the tension piston system and the standard force sensing system. The precise control of the pulling force is realized, and the data acquisition system collection the calibrated value in the host computer to complete the final calculation.

Abstract:Since the vast territory of China, the temperature difference between North and South is very large especially in the chill winter. The North sites temperature is under -40℃.In order to master the effect of humidity accuracy caused by the environment temperature changing, random select would be done as below: the 3 humidity sensors of type 155 as the standards was selected to do the comparison on the different temperature points by using the two-pressure humidity generator. The measurement accuracy comparison of the 3 Humidity sensors and chill drew-point is used to prove the relative and difference between the two calculating methods on the humidity measurement and then to analysis the temperature correction of humidity measurement at 0~-40℃.

Abstract:It is foundry trade puzzle all along for precise determination of C element composition for nodular graphite iron liquid metal using atomic emission spectrometry, The scientific instrument for determination calibration is ok,be unequal to measures a product composition the certain reality and objective because there is magnitude at preparation of samples error,Clear method for preparation of samples not be given in GB/T20066-2006 for determination for nodular graphite iron liquid metal,there is not unification method for product process control at application corporation. The precise diagnosis product chemistry composition can lower suspect product amount and quality control cost. This paper introduction of authentication method and solving technique puzzle for precise determination of chemical composition for nodular graphite iron liquid metal using atomic emission spectrometry.
