Abstract:This paper summarizes the structures and performance parameters of various Micro flow sensors based on MEMS technology. The possible development direction of micro flow measurement technique is inferred according to international popular research, which is the combination of two or more approaches with complementary advantages, aiming to improve the measurement accuracy and expand the range ratio. Finally, the integrated method of Coriolis effect and pressure loss effect is proposed based on existing technology. The operating principle and theoretical basis of the sensor are described to verify the feasibility of the approach.

Abstract:尽管动态温度测量技术得到了快速发展,但由于动态温度测量既与传感器本身结构相关,也与所处工况相关,影响因素众多,因此动态温度的测量仍然难以满足实际的需求。本文对国内外的动态温度测量与校准技术分别进行了介绍,分析了温度传感器动态特性校准的特点,并在此基础上提出动态温度测量与校准技术的发展方向。

Abstract:针对温度、压力、湿度多参数复合计量检定装置中双温双压法湿度发生的上级饱和气体压力和下级实验舱气体压力控制具有强耦合关系,提出了一种基于对角矩阵的双极气流场解耦方法。该方法利用理想气体状态方程和调节阀流量特性建立双输入双输出气流场控制模型,运用对角矩阵法将原系统变为两个独立的单输入单输出控制系统,消除两者之间的耦合关系。实验结果表明:该方法取得了很好的效果,饱和器和实验舱的压力控制稳态精度都得到大幅度提高。

Abstract:The classic defects recognition algorithm is studied with an aim at printing defects detection ,and this paper puts forward a recognition algorithm that processes edge and non edge points separately in print defects detection.The algorithm is based on statistical process principle according to the characteristic difference of pixel edge points and non edge points; the statistical threshold method is used for non edge points, and the combination of field average value and gradient value is used for, edge points.The algorithm was proved by experiment and it can effectively eliminate the false defects in the process of extracting the real defects.

Abstract:3D visualization of measurement data is one of the key approaches in laser tracking measurement data processing. Combining with the development of laser tracking measurement software system, technical characteristics and architecture of VTK are studied in this paper. The classes and interfaces for measurement data processing and displaying are also designed and implemented. Furthermore, based on the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, a measurement data processing and 3D visualization software is developed using C++ and VTK, achieving functions of point cloud fitting, 3D graphics display and user interaction. The effectiveness and usability of the software are testified by experiments which show that VTK has great application value and potential in the field of industry measurement visualization.

Abstract:为解决互感器负荷箱测量仪同相分量和正交分量的校准问题,在分析互感器负荷箱测量仪工作原理的基础上,设计了基于电子/电工组合式的互感器负荷箱测量仪校准装置,并简要说明装置电工部分、电子部分以及上位机软件的实现。经省级计量研究院验证结果表明,该装置校准结果符合0.2级要求,可作为标准装置解决1级互感器负荷箱测量仪量值溯源问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces the realization of low pass filter effect of zero phase shift in shock acceleration calibration by means of a two-order Butterworth low pass filter, time series of turnover and two filtering modes, in order to restrain the influence of electrical, mechanical and other interference and noises on the measurement results of impact acceleration. We compared the peak deviation on the shock acceleration waves of different attenuation degrees with the low pass filter at different cut-off frequencies, and proposed the issues that are noticeable in selecting cutoff frequencies of low pass filter with different acceleration wave forms.

Abstract:介绍了几种典型的浴式黑体辐射源,并详细说明了校准方法。校准过程包括恒温槽内工作区域划定、介质温度测量、黑体腔有效发射率评估、辐射温度有效发射率修正等步骤。最终给出了浴式黑体辐射源的校准结果,并进行了不确定度评定。

Abstract:通过开展1~40 GHz微波暗室性能自动校准技术研究,研制了低反射8维度空间测试支架,降低了测试装置微波干扰;开发了基于Labview 8.6环境的测试系统控制软件,实现信号调整和收发天线的相对运动;本文就微波暗室自动校准系统静区反射率电平测量不确定度进行了分析和评定。

Abstract:提出了一种仅用一台通用高阻标准器和台式数字多用表来完成兆欧表中值电压和开路电压的计量方法。通过调节高阻标准器的阻值以及改变和数字多用表的连接方式,组合出所需的测量电路。实验结果表明,该方法实用性强,操作方便,灵活度高,减低了成本,提高了设备的使用率。

Abstract:An easy measurement method is proposed for the linear expansion coefficient of fiber loop and its skeleton, and a measurement system was established. Aluminium products and stainless steel were used to verify the feasibility of the system.By analysing the linear expansion coefficient of the fiber loop and different skeletons, we concluded that this system could be used in finding skeletons that match the fiber loop.This system is practical with a wide range of application.

Abstract:如何准确测量出直流稳流电源输出纹波和噪声是电源检定/校准工作中需要解决的问题。通过具体事例分析了用不同的测量设备测量同一台电源的纹波电压其结果不同的原因,提出了在测量稳流电源的纹波电压的过程中如何选择负载类型,为实际电源纹波测量工作提供了一些参考。

Abstract:越来越多的单位要求对工业S型热电偶1100℃以上温度点进行校准,但目前没有任何技术规范可供参考。本文就这一需求提供了三种解决方案,并对这三个方案的校准结果及不确定度进行对比分析,为计量机构根据客户的需求制定科学合理的校准方案提供参考。

Abstract:基于JJG147-2005《标准金属布氏硬度块》国家计量检定规程以及JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》国家计量技术规范,给出了一种间接评定标准块测量不确定度的新方法。建立了硬度测量的新模型,并对该测量模型进行了严密分析,合理剔除了间接评定时,各耦合项对不确定度的二次贡献。指出其测量不确定度主要来源于其均匀性和工作标准机的重复性以及标准块硬度值最小增量、比对块的均匀性和长期稳定性、副基准机的测量不确定度。按规程的测量条件和方法,以(125~225)HBW10/3000/30标尺标准块为例,对其测量不确定度进行了系统的间接评定。
