Abstract:用双色滤波光学成像系统可获取同一物体两种不同波长(λ1,λ2)的量子辐射强度的灰度成像,若波长λ1和λ2选择恰当,可利用普朗克的灰体辐射通量密度公式求出物体的不含平均黑度ελ(0<ελ<1)的辐射通量密度比R(T);利用R(T)可高精度地计算出高温物体温度,并能根据光谱给出物体细致的具有真实感的高温图像.文中最后给出了该系统处理高温物体实验的结果图.使用该方法研制出的非接触式热图像分析仪已商品化.

Abstract:In this paper the applicability of four types of demodulation methods is discussed and the error of mesurement is analysed, then the formulas to caculate the error are derived. The affection caused by the change of the illumination power is also analysed, and the conclusion of choosing the demodulation type according the frequency of the measured object is decided.

Abstract:The frequency performance of the communication device can be calibrated with GPS frequency comparator. The design projects of the GPS frequency standard, phase comparing unit and time difference comparing unit are described in detail, and the software design scheme of the system is also given in this paper. The key technologies are discussed to improve the measurement accuracy of comparator. This calibrated system fully meets the requirement and has been used in the metrological organizations.

Abstract:The traditional metrological verification instrument for theodolite has many disadvantages. In order to improve such status, a fast verification and calibration system for special theodolite is designed. The composition of software and hardware and operational principle are depicted. The approach of solving some key problems is emphatically expounded. Finally, the uncertainty of the system is assessed. Practice has proved that the system meets the need completely, it can fast verificate and calibrate the main performance index of the special theodolite.

Abstract:In this paper, the principle of a pendulous large range accelerometer is introduced, by means of classical control theory the mathematical models of every palter of the accelerometer are set up. Abstract:Temperature is the main factor to influence the scale factor of the accelerometer. The temperature coefficient of scale factor describes the extent of change of the scale factor when temperature changes. Based on the working principle of the pendulous accelerometer, this article firstly analyzes how the change of temperature influences the scale factor, and then, we set forth the compensation theory and method of the temperature coefficient of the scale factor. Finally, we validated it by the way of experimentation.

Abstract:This paper describes how to realize the auto-calculation for parameters of parallel thread gauge, including the basic dimension and maximum deviation of the diameter. The comprehensive compensation value is considered in the procedure of pitch diameter calculation. As a result, a software based on MFC and COM is developed. The effort is made to support the inputting and managing batch gauges at one time as well as converting the results to office excel files, which will be an important document for later measurement activities. The underway use shows that this program is an effective solution for problems in our current work, such as we are required to query tables frequently and to deal with complicated calculation and high probability mistakes. The efficiency is significantly improved.

Abstract:In metrological management,there are a lot of documents and data that need to be managed.It's inefficient to search documents by manual acting or simple search tool.This article analyzes this situation,and solves this problem with a full text search built by Lucene.And also an example is shown to explain the implementation and the advantage.With the help of full text search,the metrological management can be done more efficiently.

Abstract:Analyzing three practical measuring situations, this article describes what the real time correcting technology of refractive index of air would have influence on the result of the measurement, and the relationship between the equipment arrangement and the way of line scale installation in the process of line scale measurement in the method of laser interference, and gives the respective conclusions.
