Abstract:When measuring the temperature of the object,if the temperature of the measured object is near the environment temperature,then the environment factor has greater influence on the measuring result.In order to enhauee the accuracy of measurement,accoding to the Plank law and through value calculation,the value of the ratio of the environment temperature influence under different temperature of the object,the environment temperature and the radiation wave length and the relation among them have been obtained.Base on the above,and if the influence of the environment radiation can be ignored,the lowest temperature of the measured object is acquired.The enoironment radiation influence on the colorimetric temperature measurement is discussed at last.

Abstract:In this paper the topological structure of multi-body system and their low-order body arrays,and basic concepts of characteristic matrixes and their composing methods are presented,basic rules of having-error kinematics of multi-body system are analyzed,891E gear measurement center taken as an example,volumetric geometirc errors of gear measurement center based on characteristic matrixes are researched,it provides a kind of ideal method of model building for the precision analysis and geometric errors of gear measurement center.

Abstract:This paper introduces a calculation method of the shock response spectrum in SRS absolute calibration research.The reliazation of this method is based on the MATLAB programming language,i.e.through the simulation in the MATLAB and soluting the numeral solution of a unidirection second order differential equation directly,so that the absolute repeatability the absolute repeatability of the shock response spectrum is obtained.

Abstract:Data collector is an important flight-test instrument;its character will greatly affect the flight test of modern aircraft.To fill the requirement of finalizing the design of the modern aircraft,a large number of FPGA and DSP components have been used in the design of new generation data collector,which will greatly increase the sampling rate,channel number and parameter type,and improve the flexibility of usage.This paper describes the design technique of analog quantity acquisition card in the new generation collector and gives the theoretical support of its design.The digital signal processing technique is used to magnify the signal,filter and correct the offset.

Abstract:The principles of the producing and testing of the ring laser gyroscope are presented briefly in this paper.Through analyzing the test system of the dead zone, the dead zone test plan based on the virtual instrument technology is given.Going through the practical test,the new dead zone system can realize the autotest.The test time can be shortened from over 10 minutes to only 20 seconds.The uncertainty of the test result is less than 10 Hz.

Abstract:Pointing to the deficiency of the in-situ test measurement of the thermal infrared imager,a set of portable test device of the thermal infrared imager with MRTD has been designed.First,test the MRTD of the thermal infrared imager in-situ.And then,calculate the apparent temperature difference of the target through the model of the atmosphere trasmissivity.At last,through the Johnson criterion,analyze,calculate and obtain the ability of detecting and recognizing the target by the thermal infrared imager.The experiment result shows that the method is exactly feasible and may be used to test the findable distance of all rinds of the thermal infrared imager.

Abstract:The given definite function formula there will obtain certainty result only derived from variations,and relation transmit(sensitive) coefficient between the result and variation is also regarded as the ratio betwwen the standard deviation of result and the standard deviation of variations.But it is no relational that the variations were from surveying or by given.According to this basic principle and letting the variations change randomly,we have triumphantly calculated that uncertainty of measurement for result about distant inherent error;proportion error factor and distant's standard deviation of Hand-held Laser Distant Meter in this paper,and let it be not difficulty to calculate that uncertainty of measurement for result and sensitive factor estimated from complicated mathematical mode contained so much import variations.
