Abstract:According to the aim, the cost-effectiveness decision-making and estabilished for martial metrological-support, and we study its first step optimization research of model is concrete implementing. Considering the situation,where LCC cannot be assessed quantitatively, a kind of multiattribute assessment method for cost-efectiveness decision-making is proposed. This method can join with MITA which could determine the factors weight and TOPSIS which could give qualitative attributes such as LCC and can deal with imperfect index preference relationship. This method by the example can improve the validity and the precision of effectiveness evaluation, and it is of some reference value to the related research and decision departments.

Abstract:The realization of calibration accelerometer system with random vibration excitation is introduced in this paper. Using the absolute calibration method of random signal sensor, some perfect accelerometer frequency response curves are abtained. Comparing traditional methods, the method lodged in this paper can improve efficiency.

Abstract:The resonant frequency and value Q of the resonant sensor can be obtained by calculating its frequency characteristic. The frequency characteristic measurement of the resonant sensor requires a platform that could measure a great number of resonant sensors. A universal frequency characteristics measuring platform is presented in this paper. A novel burst resonant frequency measuring method is also presented, that utilizes a chirp signal to excite the resonator. The free vibrating signal of the sensor is detected and the free vibrating frequency of the sensor just is the resonant frequency.

Abstract:In order to trace to the source of electrostatic charge decay test apparatus,a verification device is developed.The device consists of double exponential standard decay voltage source,standard impulse voltage divider and computer data acquiring and processing system in which LabWindows/CVI software is used.The total extended uncertainty degree is 0.66%.

Abstract:The precision measurement of ultra smooth surface roughness is most important part of the precision manufacture. In order to study how does the topography apparatuses influence on the measurement result, the K9 glass material selected is polished in float polishing method. Using four different principle topography apparatuses, the ultra smooth surface of the workpiece is measured. Comparing to the different measurement results, the practical precision of the workpiece is got. By analyzing the principle of different topography apparatuses, decision factor of the resolving power, result of the error and the influence on the roughness measurement, the roughness measurement criterion and the principle of how to select the topography apparatus are got.

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the band of digital oscilloscopes,the wide bandwidth digital oscilloscopes are affected by high frequency effect more apparent and must be used more carefully,which puts forward stricter requirement about verification equipment and connections between different units. How to reduce or eliminate the bad effects and fully excavate the potential of the verification equipment,in order to realize accurate and entire verification to the greatest extent on the basis of normal verification items and methods of digital oscilloscopes,the paper studies the possibility of these items and adopted measures,especially discusses in detail the verification of high frequency characteristics about their bandwidth and transient response,so the complete verification of wide band digital oscilloscopes is realized.

Abstract:In this paper,the calibration method for lock-in amplifier is described.Some realization ways of calibration are discussed,including the phase sensitive detectors characteristics,full-scale sensitivity internal noise,dynamic reserve,dynamic range and time constants.Combining with to the calibration system,the uncertainty of measurement of the typical parameter is evaluated.

Abstract:In this paper,it is described that the uncertainty of evaluation results of both DC gain and offset of the signal processing circuits of laser doppler velocimeters(LDV),which is by using the least mean square method.It is including the courses of analysis and evaluation of uncertainty of it.Some error sources of DC gain and offset evaluation are discussed,including the errors of signal source,the measurement errors and the linearity of device under test,the influence of quantization error of linear system,the environment influence and the others.Several main methods of decreasing the evaluation errors and evaluation uncertainty have been proposed.They are environment influence controlling, in order to decrease the signal uncertainty of source.In an example of experiment,the analysis and uncertainty evaluation results of both DC gain and offset of LDV by using the method in this paper is presented.The courses and conclusion of analysis and uncertainty evaluation of both DC gain and offset in this paper,can be applied to the uncertainty evaluation of measurement standards of both DC gain and offset,can also be used in the uncertainty evaluation of DC gain and offset themselves.

Abstract:A multichannel temperature wireless measurement system has been developed based on C8051F020 microcontroller and DTD465 wireless data transmission module.The Pt1000 is used for temperature sensing.The wireless data transmission module uses FSK modulation and forward error correction coding.The system is designed with low power in mind.The software and communication protocol of measurement and control stations are introduced.The system has been successfully used and it shows that the system is working well,high reliable and convenient to use.
