Abstract:We introduce a method to combine the technology of fiber sensor with the tradition infrared moisture detector, and design a kind of fiber bundle sensor to carry out the transmitting signal and receiving signal. We use the principle of lock - in amplifier to amplify the weak singal and send it to A/ D conversion properly. Under the condition of fitting for every quality target, we make the entire system more simpler and cheaper.

Abstract:The synthesis and characterization of the Pt nanoparticle catalyst for oxygen electrochemi- cal reduction have been studied in this paper. The catalyst was characterized by AFM, XRD and SEM. Electrochemical behavior of the oxygen reduction on the prepared electrode was investigated. A linear relationship between the limiting current and the concentration of O2 is obtained and the sensitivity is 381 nA ppm-1 when the O2 concentration is in the range 7 to 5010ppm.

Abstract:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成NASICON固体电解质材料,并以其为基体材料制作管式SO2传感器,敏感电极采用Na2SO3-30?SO4或者Na2SO4-30?SO4(摩尔比)复合硫酸盐.SO2浓度在(10~100)×10-6体积分数范围内,两种器件的灵敏度分别为81.1和60.6mV/decade.敏感电极为Na2SO3-30?SO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为28.2 s和57.7 s;敏感电极为Na2SO4-30?SO4的元件响应和恢复时间分别为39.8 s和67.4 s.

Abstract:Pure ZnO and doped-ZnO with Sb nanoparticles, are prepared by chemical coprecipitation. X- ray diffraction(XRD) results indicates that the wurtzite structure of ZnO is formed while the amount of antimony is less than 5wt%. According to the test results of gas sensitivity and conductivity of ZnO and Sb doped-ZnO sensors , it is found that the sensitivity was influenced greatly by different sintering condition and is improved by doping the Sb,the conductive apex of Sb doped ZnO is disappeared. The result of XPS and the defect of sample can explain the changes in conductivity and gas sensitivity .

Abstract:The optimum film thickness l* and optimum grain size r0* for sensitivity in nano metal oxide gas sensing thin film are existent, and the value is dependent on the material and technics. The existence of optimum grain size is a new kind of mesoscopic effect, which is from the disability of Fermi statistics for negative oxide ions when the grain size reduced to a certain extent, according to the modification of Kubo theory for the grains keeping neuter to fermi statistics when the grain size reduced to character length rm , we get that r0* =2rm, and the values of rm and optimum grain size r0* are estimated with the word function in Kubo theory.

Abstract:From the formula of reaction exothermic rate, the differential equation of C(t) in the closed chamber test is given. From the solution of C(t), it shows that the closed tested chamber is a very slowly precess in concentration attenuation and the error caused by C can be ignored.

Abstract:The moisture measurement of undissolved solid, grease and gas is studied based on the principle of Karl - Fishcher coulometry, which cannot be conducted directly by CA - 06 moisture equipment. Through online of carrier gas, evaporating apparatus and host machine of moisture detector, a moisture detecting system of solid, grease and gas is constructed. The application of CA - 06 moisture equipment has been successfully expensed. The moisture measurement has good repeatability and reliable analytic results as well as high degree of accuracy. Experimental studies on foam materials, fumed silica, polyurethane foam and silicone as well as higher pure hydrogen are conducted by this technique and excellent measurement results are obtained.

Abstract:在快中子反应堆的气体回路上,用露点仪测量了快堆几个覆盖气体系统氩气中杂质水分的含量.测量时,通过将露点仪的探头从干燥器中拔出,使露点仪的本底升高1~5μL/L后再进行测量,可以较快地得到测量结果,对于测量水分含量小于15μL/L的氩气,这是方便、可行的方法.

Abstract:Have tested the resistance of the humidity-sensitive material ZnCr2O4-V2O5-LiO-ZnO in different gas surroundings, such as hydrogen, carbon dioxide, coal gas and ethanol (steam). It indicates that the resistance is independent of the gas, however the temperature affects the resistance obviously.

Abstract:以溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel)制备纳米SnO2及其不同比例的铜源掺杂物.采用热分析(TG-DTA),XRD等手段对其产物进行表征,利用静态配气法测试了掺杂产物的气敏性能.实验结果表明:采用Sol-gel法制备掺杂SnO2的气敏性能,同时受铜源和掺杂量的影响,且掺杂产物对乙醇不很敏感,但在150℃工作温度下对0.005%的H2S具有36367倍的高灵敏度.

Abstract:Poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP)can graft onto nanosized carbon black(CB)to obtain a composite, which was quaternized and crosslinked with bromobutane and 1,4-dibromobutane to prepare resistive-type humidity sensitive material. The investigations on its humidity responses revealed that it exhibits high conductivity even at very low humidity, and both ionic and electronic conduction contributed to its conductivity. The content of CB,quaternization and crosslinking reaction of PVP greatly affect the relative contributions of the two types of conduction, thus modulating the humidity sensitive properties of the composite. Under optimized conditions, the composite exhibits a very wide sensing range of 0-98% RH.

Abstract:The WO3 based gas sensor is based on hall effect. The semiconductor material has selective adsorption to the gas that changes the electronic concentration which also raises hall coefficient , corresponding changes in the export of hall electromotive force. The experimental results show that the outputed voltage is from several millivolt to hundreds of millivolt and alters when the tensity of NO2 changed. The conclution is that this gas sensor based hall effect is a prospective gas sensor of new type.

Abstract:The WO3 powder is prepared by sol-gel method, whose microstructure is analyzed by u sing SEM and TEM, and the WO3-based trimethylamine(TMA) gas sensor doped with Pd is made for detecting the fish freshness. Both Its minimum detection concentration and work-temperature are low, and its sensitivity, selectivity and stability are all excellent.

Abstract:The WO3 nanometer material can be prepared by sol-gel and improved sol-gel. We use it to make the direct-heating type gas sensor,and carry on the test to the low density NO2 gas. The result indicates that the WO3 material prepared by improved sol-gel has a very small particle size, its surface is loose,and it has very good sensitivities to low concentration even extremely low concentration NO2 gas. The element responds and resumes very quickly and has good selectivity. All elements have supreme sensitivity under lower working voltage, which means that the working temperature is relatively low. It helps to reduce the power consumption.

Abstract:甲烷气体通常需要在较高的工作温度下工作,要达到这个工作温度区间,元件体电阻越大,功耗也就越大;要降低功耗,就要降低元件体电阻.本文所述元件是在SnO2敏感膜材料中掺入Pd,Sb2O3,Al2O3等添加剂,制成微珠式元件,从而大大降低了元件的体电阻,设计出一种低功耗CH4气敏元件.此种元件在低于150 mW的加热功率下,在5000×10-6的CH4气氛中灵敏度可达到3以上,响应时间小于10 s,且具有良好的选择性和稳定性.
