Abstract:More precision measuring instruments have been developed to meet the globalization and informatization of large-scale industrial manufactures. The current situation and characteristics of large-scale measuring instruments are presented and the methods of calibration and traceability are analyzed in brief. The development trend of traceability for large-scale measuring instruments in the future is also discussed.

Abstract:For the hardness testing at nano-scale, the load-depth curves are obtained by nanoindention testing machine and real 3-demention morphology images of indentation are obtained by atomic force microscopy. The nanoindentation hardness can be achieved by these curves, images and corresponding calculating method. The nanoindentation hardness values are different because of different calculation and measurement methods. Comparing and analyzing these methods, their advantages and disadvantages are presented, and the future tendency of nanoindentation hardness calculation and measurement methods is presented.

Abstract:A new scheme of channelized IFM receiver based on the technology of polyphase filter banks is presented, which has the ability of simultaneous signal processing and fine frequency measurement within wide dynamic range using instantaneous auto-correlation technology. Finally simulation and performance analysis illustrate that the scheme is effective.

Abstract:With regard to the requirement of the second type test eauipment to insulate the fault to SRU,this paper analyses the inside stucture of LRU and presents the concepts of point,rock-bottom test item(RBTI) and rock-bottom test item set(RBTIS).The correlative values are used to express the relationship between point and point,point and SRU,RBTIS and RBTIS.Then this paper puts forward the method of gradual elimination method for UUT with several SRUs.

Abstract:Wavelet transform has the characteristic of time-frequency localization and has been applied widely in electric power systems. Harmonic detection to the electric power systems based on wavelet transform and the measurement of voltage flicker using wavelet transform with synchronous detection are proposed in this paper. It has been proved that this method can be used to detect the voltage flicker exactly by simulation.

Abstract:In this paper, the laser interferometer is used to measure the micro vibration displacement of noload piezoelectric ceramics under sine voltage excitation. Abstract:In this paper,an aeronautic tested DC/AC inverter based on a Micro-computer Unit(MCU) is introduced.The DC/DC boost unit is push-pull circuit controlled by UC3846,which can restrain the magnetic bais of the push-pull transformer and enhance the dynamic load response. The SPWM control pulses are produced by P87LPC768.This inverter has the merits of simple structure,small volume,high output-stablity and easy to be adjusted.The test waveform is present at the end of this paper.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems about the airborne pictures is not clear and the data capacity is small and so on, this paper studys the airborne multimedia network sensor realization technology. The airborne multimedia scene recording system overall technology plan is introduced. The issue such as display, memory cell and CPU choice are discussed. The network sensor technology can enhance the ability of the airborne picture and the data gaining and recording. To use the airborne multimedia scene recording system is a high, effective and feasible method to gain airborne picture and data.

Abstract:The combinational navigation computer system on the chip is designed by using Virtex-4 FPGA. Using FPGA embedded PowerPC hard core processor, this navigation computer carrys out the navigation operation. Using the integral IP core in the FPGA logic, the control, the bardware acceleration of the interface communication and the part operation are realized. The integral degree of the system is enhanced. Furthermore, this system can be re-configurated. And then on different situations it makes the navigation system meets the requirement for the interface and function.
