Abstract:主要介绍了JJF1152-2006《任意波发生器校准规范》中所采用的校准原则、思想和技术.针对任意波发生器实际校准和应用中需要面对的一系列问题,讨论了任意波发生器的技术内涵和实质;提出了其校准的主导思想:仪器设备的校准、波形生成能力的校准、波形生成质量的校准;确定了校准的主要内容:仪器设备极限参数的校准和失真特性的校准;介绍了任意波发生器校准所采取的技术措施:虚拟仪器模式下的模型化测量方法;讨论了校准仪器设备选取原则:通用性原则、溯源性原则和最简捷原则和高精度原则.针对主要校准项目参数,讨论了几种典型校准方法的优缺点.

Abstract:This paper introduces the methods and the results of determining the air kerma rate at different heights above the central point on the surface of radiactivity body source used by the experimental measurement methods and the Monte Carlo theoretical analog computation method.The results of this study show that the certifications of both the experimental measurements and the theoretical analog computation have a better consistency and have no distinctive systematic difference.Based on the above results,the reduction coefficient of Becquerel method is fitted in the first time,which can reflect objectively the air kerma rate per radionuclide concentration unit above China's body source standard for environmental ionizing radiation.So the accuracy of the air kerma rate above pad body source by Becquerel method is improved.

Abstract:In this paper, a moving target tracking method based on moment character and feature-optical-flow is proposed. The corner feature is firstly extracted for object matching, the matching strategy refers to Hu moment local matching method, then, a new feature-optical-flow clustering algorithm is presented to finish the clustering of two objects. Simulation results show that this method can improve the tacking accuracy while decreasing the computational burden. It also overcomes the track-lost problem when the object has a little deflexion.

Abstract:This paper introduces the methods of digital sampling, relative analysis, frequency spectrum analysis, combining the shearing intensity experiment of composite. The material function and analysis result are verified, and the choice of the analytical parameter is studied. This paper makes a beneficial research in the shearing intensity of composite.

Abstract:A nwe type platform based on laser is introduced in the paper.The light platform can balance automatically in the certain range by the technology of gravitation pendulum.The platform can beam the light and form the horizontal light datum plane and the vertical light datum plane,which are orthogonal each other.With the horizontal rolling framework and the bracket,the horizontal light datum plane can be moved up and down and right and left freely and the characters of output light signal can be kept at the same time.
