Abstract:The study has shown the design of a symmetrical five-port waveguide junction working within the bandwidth from 9 GHz to 10 GHz. For the five-port waveguide junction properly works in a six-port reflectometer, the absolute value of the reflection coefficient of every port must be less than 0. 1. The study has applied the frequency shift method the cutting taper apart method and the mathematic analysis to design a symmetrical five-port waveguide junction.

Abstract:Based on the traditional non-destruction ultrasonic testing,the ultrasonic echo signal is decomposed into different parts according to the frequency by using wavelet transform.Through analysis of the welding interface echo and the base face echo within the different bandwidths and combining the influences of different interface type on ultrasonic transmition,the explosive welding plate's interface is discerned.The method of testing the quality of titanium-steel explosive welding plates is concerned. The test conclusion shows that this method is valid for the non-destruction testing of titanium-steel explosive welding plate and has the advantage of convenience,short inspecting periods and non-destruction.

Abstract:Pointing to the phenomenon of clipped data due to vibrant data of a plane beyond the original scope,this paper introduces the regression analysis method and cubic splines interpolaton method.Through using the two methods to resume the clipped data,the cubic splines interpolaton's error is small.The cubic splines interpolaton method completes the resumption work of clipped curve successfully.

Abstract:In this paper,the fault diagnosis technology based on back-propagation neural network information fusion is investigated.The technology of information fusion is used in the anti-ship missile's pitch synthetic amplifier circuit board fault diagnosis and a new improved BP neural network algorithm is used in data fusion,Finally the experimental results show the good performance.It is shown that the uncertainty of circuit board component fault diagnosis can be solved fairly from the fusion result.

Abstract:A high-speed data acquisition system is designed and realized in this paper for electronic cabin signal group acquisition, including the analog input, signal adjustment, A/D conversion, digital data transfer and storage and computer interface etc. And the index of the performance fits the requirement of the acquisition system for the real time high speed acquisition of the electronic cabin signal group.

Abstract:During the manufacture process it's very important to control and measure the homogeneity of glass for ensuring the quality of the glass.The optical method of the homogeneity measurement is applied during float glass manufacture.The experimental results show that the clear optical homogeneity image of the sample of float plate glass can be got by the imaging system using parallel polarization ray of light and the CCD image manipulation,and the light intensity curve can be analyzed quantitatively.Thus the realiable basis can be supplied for the quality evaluation and technology control of the glass.

Abstract:The structure and calibration theory of a constant pressure gas micro-flowmeter are introduced.On the basis of thermal transpiration effect experiments of capacitance diaphragm gauge(CDG), the uncertainties of constant pressure gas micro-flowmeter are strictly evaluated.And the expanded uncertainties and coverage factors are also given.Through the leak-rate comparison with PTB using standard leak,the reliability of uncertainty evaluation results has been verified.

Abstract:In-Chip configuration modes and configuration files of FPGA,based on SRAMLUT structure,are presented,and one of them,passive serial configuration method(PS mode) is selected finally in this system.Also,in this embedded system,using ARM7TDMI micro-processor to produce FPGA configuration clock is proven available.A Mini-application system,with codes related,and analyzing how to generate FPGA configuration clock,is given.The result of the paper shows the design could be realized in practice.
