Abstract:The laser gyro is virtually a digital sensor which outputs angular increment in the form of quantized pulses. The quantization error influences the test precision as well as white noise in angle. To reduce the effect of quantization error and obtain high precision, moving average filters are developed. The theoretic analysis and experimental results show this method reduces effectively the quantization error and gets an exact evaluation on the laser gyro.

Abstract:In order to solve the question that equipments with inconspicuous statistic characteristics are difficult to get the equipment state quality characteristic targets, this paper proposes to get the equipment state quality characteristic targets got by diagnostics test. The condition of equipment state quality diagnostic test is illustrated, the single target system including the diagnose rate, negative diagnose rate, error diagnose rate, etc. and the integrated target system including the accord rate, integrated exponent, etc. are established. The parallel diagnostic test method and the series diagnostic test method which improves the equipment state quality diagnostic test rate are further studied.

Abstract:This paper presents a new method of deleting the gross error based on the gray system theory. This method is effective when the test data are few or there are no rules of statistics for the test data to follow. Combining with arithmetic mean filtering, this method can enhance the efficiency of the data processing. It is used in the data processing of the stiffness measurement. Theoretical analysis and many tests prove that this method of data processing improves the measuring precision and efficiency.

Abstract:The curve fitting method can precisely extract the 4 parameters of sine wave. But, because of the difficulty of data processing, the application of curve fitting method is limited to some extent. The article introduces a solution based on genetic algorithms and studies the selection of the initial population size, generation quantity, encoded mode and the design of fitness function. The experimental data indicate that the method has the advantage of global convergence and high aceuracy.

Abstract:This paper quantitatively compares the spectrum characteristics between Fabry-Perot interferometer with gain medium and diffraction grating spectrometer. The results show that the spectrum characteristics of F-P interferometer with gain medium is better obviously than that of diffraction grating. A more desirable choice is provided for studing the fine structure of spectroscopy.

Abstract:利用半导体光吸收原理,设计出一种光纤温度传感器,它可实现强电磁干扰下高空无人机内的环境温度测量,具有体积小,结构简单的特点。该测试仪用GaAs晶片作为温度敏感元件,采用透射式结构,利用双光束补偿原理消除了光路扰动产生的误差。实验结果表明该传感器在-20-85℃的范围内有良好的温度响应。

Abstract:This paper introduces the exterior pin, interior function and circuit of DPA-Switch IC. The basic principle of synchronous rectification is refered. By the characters of DPA-Switch, the use of DPA-Switch in switching power supply of synchronous rectification circuits is mainly discussed. The idiographic design circuit is given. The design of the external circuit is analyzed and introduced. The test result and notice proceedings are presented at the end of this paper.

Abstract:In a Re-entrant fiber optic gyro(Re-FOG),parts of the two counter-propagating lights re-enter the Sagnac sensitive ring(SSR).Re-FOG is a new kind of fiber optic gyro(FOG),which may lower the error induced by thermal and stress by using a shorter SSR.In this paper the practicality of Re-FOG is studied.A signal detection method which modulates the phase with a serial of pulses is presented and a communication interface is introduced.The experiment results show that the signal detection method can separate the signal of different number of recycling and get the rotation speed of the Re-FOG,the data transfer between Re-FOG and navigation computer can be accomplished fastly,smoothly and precisely.It is clear that the Re-FOG is practical,if some improvements are achieved.

Abstract:This paper introduces data acquisition system for a multi-channel & diverse sampling rates based on VXI bus,which changes the analog signals of 64 channels into digital signals with the Data Acquisition Card E1413.The channels sample at diverse rates via the special scan list in this system.Its hardware composition,software design and the test result are provided in this paper.The system is working well on the fuel test-bed of airplanes.

Abstract:The exciter of primary angular acceleration calibration standard is developed by CIMM.It can generate standard rotational angle,angular velocity and angular acceleration,which are traceable to the International System of Units(SI).It can be used to calibrate the angular transducers,i.e.angular accelerometer,angular velocity transducer,and rotational angle transducer to obtain the magnitude and phase shift of complex sensitivity by sinusoidal vibration.This paper introduces the mechanic system,control system and measurement system of the standard.The calibration results of angular transducer using the standard are also introduced.It shows that the standard can be used in angular movement calibration in the frequency range from 0.1 Hz to 100 Hz.The amplitude uncertainty is better than 1% and the phase uncertainty is 1 degree.

Abstract:It is found that the data precision of atmosphere data sensor is affected during the test-fly of a certain plane.The reason for this is that(sensor's) output signal on the transmission cable brings on a self-excitation caused by distributed capacitance.By contrast experiment,a solution is proposed that the self-excitation interference can be eliminated by connecting a eliminate circuit at both direct current high and low carry-out terminal of shelve-off equipment in this paper.The method can improve the anti-jamming ability of finished product.Finally,its validity is verified by experiments.

Abstract:The base principle of spatial forword intersection is analysed and some relative mathematical models are established. The measurement accuracy of this method is severely detected in lab and the testing results show that the spatial forword intersection is a kind of high accuracy and noncontact measuring method. At the same time, the principle of the positional measuring systems is briefly discussed and the application of the method of spatial forword intersection in the testing process of the testing system of position is probed into, and the testing steps and disposed results of testing data are provided.

The impact of the error on theodolite horizontal direction measurement is analysed. The test method of this error is given out. The calibration uncertainty of the error is analysed. Abstract:By using the waveform measurements and the least square method, the top, the base, the middle value, the amplitude, the frequency of triangle waveform, and the slope of edge, the edge linearity of waveforms are evaluated precisely. The evaluation courses and some technical problems are discussed in detail, the uncertainty analysis both of the amplitude value and frequency value are presented. Some test results have proved the effectiveness and practicability of the method. It could be applied to the characteristics and performance evaluation of triangle waveform generators.

Abstract:Firstly, the paper narrates the executing mechanism of message in windows environment, secondly, compares with several kinds of precise timer in common use under windows. Finally, we design a kind of high precise timer with multithreading technology. After practically testing, the experiments validate the high precise performance of the timer, the communication task on the timing by a millisecond is fulfilled with satisfaction.

Abstract:In UAV, collecting and processing aptmosphere data plays important roles in ensuring the safety of aircraft flying. A design of a low cost atmosphere data computer of the UAV based on C51 microcontroller is presented. The hardware and software designs of the system are investigated and studied. The experiment shows that the design reaches the requirement of UAV.
