Abstract:Based on analyzing the measuring method of the optic radiation power, the method of the measurement standard of the optic fiber power has bean established, it can be traced to the cryogenic radiometer. The uncertainty of measurement has been analyzed.

Abstract:Adapting the self-adaption time-frequency analysis method, through the theoretical analysis and digital simulation the study of relative numeral and applied characteristics has been done in this paper. According to the principle of the flutter test and the characteristics of the signal, the two time-frequancy field filtering algorithms are led to research on the flutter boundary prediction of the subcritical response of the aeroplane structure. Through the joint time-frequency analysis (JTFA) and the time-frequency field filtering, the effective signal and the model parameter are picked up and the flutter boundary is predicted. The desired result is achieved.

Abstract:介绍了基于捷联惯导SINS/GPS组合导航系统的用于车载移动卫星通讯的卫星跟踪系统,在导航计算上采用自适应卡尔曼滤波技术。实验结果表明天线跟踪卫星的误差小于0 .2°。所研制的车载移动卫星通讯系统已在军事指挥和电视转播中得到成功应用

Abstract:The expert system of an integrated intelligence diagnosis is based on the theory and method of fault diagnosis, using the neural network based on the CBR and the theory of expert system to study the problems of radar equipment fault diagnosis. The radar diagram and the working principle are introduced, and the diagnosis example of the radar is given. The accuracy and efficiency of the radar equipment can be improved by using the advantage of NN and CBR.

Abstract:This paper introduces an on-line photoelectrical measuring technology for rotor speed and its direction, which uses quadrant Si-photoelectric cell as the detector. The rotor speed is calculated by measuring the signal frequency and periods together, so the measuring range is very large and the precision is high. Because the subtraction processes is adopted, the system can get over the noise and outside disturbance signals effectively, and the pass-zero processing method can get over the effect of the optics facular intensity changes.

Abstract:将被测要素转换成现有三坐标可识别的几何要素，即用小平面代替不规则曲面，用与Ф3.175mm小斜孔相配合的圆器轴线代替该孔的中心线，这样就可以用现有三坐标测量软件编制测量程序，解决测量异型零件不规则曲面空间交点尺寸的技术问题。

The error of spindle rotation is reliably separated from the result of measurand specimen. The ability for measurement uncertainty of its roundness is greatly improved. The measurement uncertainty of this instrument is analyzed in this paper.

Abstract:The high-performance data acquisition system based on FPGA is designed. It not only achieves acquiring 24-route analog signals with maximal frequency of 100 kHz (precision is 16 bits) and 8-route wide-range frequency signal, but also has the ability of data signal processing and the function of fault tolerance and self-examination. The VHDL language is adopted in the FPGA module. The software design and system simulation are completed in the integration circumstance of MAX+PLUSII. The paper provides the simulation figures of main FPGA modules.

Abstract:In the design of the intelligent 429 bus interface card,a single chip processor and a dual-port RAM are used.The card can deal with the communication data automatically and quickly.Using the dual-port RAM as a single chip and ISA bus data mutual media,the transmission velocity is improved. The address space allocation of dual-port RAM and a share conflict arbitration are discussed.The software of interface card is introduced. Its results show that it has advantage of high velocity and good reliability.
