Abstract:Some basic problems in industry metrology are presented and discussed, both their specialty and resolving method are analyzed. Combining with the actuality and the sustainable development, both the contents and the countermeasure about the aim, the system, the scope and the problem in industry metrology are discussed. A project about the continuously developing industry metrology is introduced.

Abstract:In this paper, the differences between different acceptance standards of CNC mechine tool are compared through practical data. It introduces the typical items of dynamic and static performances of CNC machine tool, their estimating method, the calibration opportunity and several attentive matters are discussed at the same time.

Abstract:The measuring path generation of 3 D Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is an important function in modern measuring software system. The measuring path is the track of measuring head movement. It is composed of a sequence of measuring point, anchor point and approach direction. This article involves in plane cutting method to generate the measuring path and calculate the measuring point. The method to calculate the anchor point and the offsetting method are giver by the author.

Abstract:According to the dynamic programming principle, taking the control cost as the premise and using computer aided calculation, the reasonable distribution method of the relative uncertainty of the complex test system is put forward. This method can not only fulfil the cost control but also guarantee the reqirement of the relative uncertainty of the system.

Abstract:The interpretation of the battle underground tunnel (BUT) and transportation underground tunnel (TUT) on the aviation photograph for field operation fortification is an important content. The examination of the image of BUT & TUT is the technical foundation of this interpretation. The reference point on the aviation photograph is put forward and the auto examination method of BUT & TUT based on the shadow reference point is also given in this paper.

Abstract:The surface acoustic wave(SAW) sensor can transform the measured object into frequency output, viz a kind of digital signal output. Point to the characteristic of SAW pressure sensor, using the method of equally accurate frequency measurement outputs the frequency. The Back Propagation(BP)neural network is adopted to compensate the effect of field temperature, which is measured by DS18B20. The solution presented in this paper produces more accurate pressure measurement than the traditional method.

Abstract:The detaited situation of the electromagnetic radiation interference effecting on the sound level meter with RF electromagnetic field is presented in this paper. The research and design of the anti power frequency magnetic field interference effecting on the sound level meter by using power frequency magnetic field test equipment is described also.

Abstract:A set of portable calibration device for megohmmeter based on PC104 bus is introduced. The hardware and software architectures and the opeation principle are presented in detail and the uncertainty of verification device is analyzed.

Abstract:In the measurement standard of vibration and shock, laser interferometer is adopted as the tracing tool. This paper analyses and compares the two kinds of laser interferometers used in vibration and shock laboratories from the optics theory, and tells some sameness and similarities between them.

Abstract:In this paper, the method of measuring the length of coaxial cable according to the time of real duplicate current propagating in coaxial cable is introduced. This method is not only scientific but also simple and practical. According to practice, the result of measurement is reliable, accurate and the performance is stable when we use this method to measure the length of coaxial cable.

Abstract:The conventional analog oscilloscope circuits is divided into five blocks in this paper. In every block, this paper summarizes and analyzes some possible unusual phenomenons caused by faults of this block, provides one or more diagnosis methods being suitable for the faults occurred in this block, points out the easy damage parts that cause the certain unusual phenomenon because of its damage and analyzes the connection between the certain damage parts and the unusual phenomenons.

Abstract:This paper introduces the virtual instrument and its development environment LabVIEW, discusses and realizes the advanced technology Dynamic Link Library(DLL), which is a general method for calling the external code from LabVIEW. It has been proved that this method is high efficient, easy to apply, practicable, and it is a good way of improving the LabVIEW's capability in sharing data with other applications of Windows.
