Abstract:This paper introduces the configuration and working principle of low frequency electrodynamic vibration shaker calibration system, and analyzes nonlinear factors. Being aimed at these factors, this paper points out some improvement and key technologies in the course of designing the whole system, especially the vibration shaker.

Abstract:Pointing at observation and processing of the radar target, these are finished in different coordinate systems, and in order to track the maneuvering target, a federated filter algorithm of maneuvering target track is presented in this paper. This algorithm is based on the Kalman filter and the algorithm in rectangular coordinate is combined with the algorithm in polar coordinate. The shortages of the algorithms with the two coordinates are overcome and the tracking effect on the maneuvering target is very good. The simulation experiment results show the effectiveness of this algorithm.

Abstract:The measurement accuracy of angle is the most important specification in the metrological confirmation of photo-electronic tracking system. Usually, taking the calibration tower and the azimuth mark as the primary standard, the single error is calibrated with complicated process and long period. In order to improve the accuracy of measurement and shorten the confirmation periad and applying the star calibration technology, principle, method and program of the photo-electronic tracking system have been researched on the besis of practice. The error source, establishment of mathematic model and its resoluing method are discussed in this paper.

Abstract:The design method of the self-check on the aeronautic fire control automatic test system is researched in this paper. The design requirement of the test system self-check is given and the self-check design options and the design method of the hardware are introduced in detail. The applications of the self-check database and the hardware test panel make the test and fault diagnosis very flexible. The application indicates that this method improves the work efficiency and dependability of the self-check in the use and maintenance of the test system.

Abstract:The new type of image scanner has higher frequency response and the scan with high speed can be realized. Based on the study of the movement parameter separation of the scanner, the multi-parameter test system is established by the use of the semi-conductor probes placed in a symmetry way. The nonlinear revision and the supplement method for the photo-electric 2D position probe are proposed. The DMA transmmision of the 4 channel analogy signal are realized. The test speed and accuracy are arised. The test of movement parameters is realized during the high frequency movement of scanner.

Abstract:AD590 is an amperometric integrated thermometric sensor,being with better linearity,stability and reliability. Taking the measuring temperature rising of bearings in the testing system of train wheel-pairs as an example,this paper emphasizes analyzing the error of two current-to-voltage conversion circuits while briefly introducing an applied way of encapsulation of AD590 in situ.

Abstract:The key technique in design of a micro Chinese character identification system is analyzed and studied.It mainly includes:Chinese character identification,speech synthesis and system design.This system captures the images of the Chinese character through a single chip digital imaging device,then sends the image signal to the DSP to processing and identifying the Chinese character,at last drives a speech synthesis to read it.
