Abstract:In this paper, aiming at solving the key problems of data collection technology in reverse engineering, the principles,characteristics of measurement methods of data collection technology in reverse engineering are introduced in detail,and the accuracy,speed and application range of every method are analyzed and compared. Moreover,the modes of Measuring data are summarized and several measurement examples are presented.

Abstract:In this paper, the best theoritical measurement position of single and straight tube Coriolis massflow meter is analyzed.In practical engineering condition, noise affect is important to the conclusion of the measurement,the Maximum Likelihood Estimation is used in order to get rid of the noise affect.We simulate the signal estimation in different SNR(signal to noise ration)conditions, the result shows that the best measurement position is related with the SNR.This conclusion is approved by our experiment.

Abstract:Bispectrum is an available method to analyze the quadratic phase coupling, non linearity and asymmetry of stochastic signal,whereas it has some obviously shortcomings,such as complex computation,lower estimation exactness and inconvenient vision.The ameliorated method of diagonal slice spectrum analysis is presented and used to characterize the skewness and phase coupling of the rough surface profiles.The experiment results show that the diagonal slice spectrum analysis technique is simple, effective and reasonable, and that it is possible to explain the change of rough surface spacing and amplitude parameter.

Abstract:This paper introduces the realization of data acquisition and processing system based on PXI module. This system uses hardware modules based on PXI Bus and Labview graphic program language to design the various arithmetic of aircraft electrical power parameters and implements the mutil channel data acquisition and high performance parallel data acquisition. By using the virtual instrument font panel, the GUI is very clear and simple to be operated. Experiment in some type aircraft electrical power supply system shows that the system has good and reliable performance for the measurement of steady and transient parameters. This system has prospects for extensive application to other measurements.
