Abstract:This paper introduces background,main points,significance of MRA,ILAC\|MRA and international measurement traceability.

Abstract:As a novel method of visual inspection,the analysis of bore detecting image plays an important role in the daily fault diagnostic of aeronautic engine.Development of the system of 3D Measurement and stereo reconstruction has of importance to improving the level of fault diagnostic and veracity forecasting,decreasing the devotion of manpower and material and saving the cost of maintenance.In this paper,applying the clue of whole system frame,the basic idea and arithmetic of developing the module block are presented,including collection of image,demarcating the cameras,preprocessing image,stereo matching,3D measurement,depth reconstruction and so on.Partial achievements are presented.Development of the system establishes an important foudation to implement the expert system of fault inspection and diagnostic of aeronautic engine based on borescopic image.

Abstract:Hydraulic oil contamination testing technology and several analysis methods are expounded and introduced in this paper.It is especially emphasized that the applying of automatic particle counter system, which is integrated with technologies of particle, flow, flow velocity, viscosity, temperature, laser and computer, boosts an essential improvement for the testing technology. With the new international standard ISO11171 bringing into effect, it has more significance of the standardization of hydraulic oil contamination testing and calibrating technology.

Abstract:In this paper,the CSDB agreement on the standard digital bus widely used incivilaviation is introduced.The design for the software and hardware construction of the CSDB bus signal measurement and test is analysed.The PC104 which is designed by us can be used as a portable test equipment for the maintance outside the factory.

Abstract:A calibration method for special electronic testing equipment is introduced in this paper.And how to do the static and dynamic calibrations and how to program automatic calibration software will be presented.

Abstract:A new method of surface roughness calibration and meaurement is introduced in this paper.Surface roughness of specimen to be gauged will be given by calibrating core\|wings ratio of a set of gauged standard specimen within the same range.This method is stable and reliable,its experiment equipment is simple and its data processing is convenient,so this method puts forward a better way of un\|contact surface roughness measurement.
