Abstract:In order to help the readers with understanding the similarities and differences between ISO/IEC 17025:1999 and Guide 25 and thereby carry forward the implement of ISO/IEC 17025,the oringin of ISO/IEC 17025,its relationship with ISO 9001 and ISO 9002,the composition,frame and analysis of ISO/IEC 17025 and its contrast and comparision with Guide 25 are mainly described in this paper.

Abstract:The aircraft fuel real\|time measuring method based on CAD technique is presented.Adopting 3D solid modeling,the model of fuel tank of some aircraft is established.Using the output value of the fuel sensor and aircraft attitude information,the real\|time measurement and attitude error correction of the aircraft fuel have been done.

Abstract:Reverse\|bootstrap air cooling system for electronic components has two cooling modes:the low ram air speed cooling mode and the high ram air speed cooling mode.In recent years,the control of reverse\|bootstrap air cooling system is mainly based on the temperature at three points,but this control system has defects,in the paper,the defects are pointed out and a new control method based on flying altitude and mach number is also presented.
