Abstract:In this paper,the use and test status quo of internal and external large\|sized coordinate measuring system is analyzed briefly and the composition,measuring method and error source are described.According to the internal use status quo and present level,the performance parameter,test method and material reference of the theodolite system suitable for indoor test and site test are proposed.The technical approaches for developments of the indoor large\|sized standard and site material reference are given.

Abstract:This paper presents a kind of calibration and verification system composed of serial EEPRM,RS\|232 communication port and PC for a narrow\|band radiation thermometer.The system can not only complete the calibration of the instrument automatically,give out the output error distribution and increase the calibration speed but also can correct various shifts of the instrument easily through correcting verification parameter during verification.Then the verified instrument can be used anew without any change or adjustment.

Abstract:Thermocouple auto\|verification system of TCM\|2 series which adapted the mode of man\|computer interface to replace the original manner operating process,is based on personal computer as central control unit,involved with temperature\|control instrument and detecting system of multiple channel.The temperature\|rise,data\|sample and data\|process are program controled,and the result can be auto\|printed.The secondary function is consisted of calculating and retrieval operation.Themocouple auto\|verification system of TCM\|2 series can meet the national regulations about thermocouple\|verification.

Abstract:In this paper,the calculating method of the second order system signal recovery has been derived by mathematical approach.The output signal is simulated by ALGOL on computer when the input signal is a standard half\|sine wave.The orignal signal of the system is recovered through calculation when the output signal is this calculated signal itself.Based on mathematical derivation of this algorithm and simulative experiment the possibility of recovering the danymic signal is discussed.

Abstract:在超精密测量和控制技术中,对测量精度提出了越来越高的要求,如尺寸精度1nm和角度0.001。由于光栅具有精度高、抗干扰能力强、寿命长和价格便宜等优点,最近几年光栅干涉测量技术被广泛研究和使用。本文简单介绍几种在超精密测量和制造过程中常用的微纳米光栅干涉测量技术。
