Abstract:In dual-frequency laser interference measuring system Wollaston prism is anindispensable and important device,which can separate the incident beam in to measurement beam andreference beam according to the polarization direction of dual-frequency laser,so as to realize the highaccuracy measurement. But if the installation orentation of Wollaston prism relative to the incident beamand the distance between the prism and the focus lens are different. The measurement result will bedifferent. In this paper,combining with the surface roughness laser measuring system,the influence ofthe orientation of Wollaston prism on accuracy of measurement is analyzed in theory and quantitatively.

Abstract:The measuring method of the temperature field of the net belt furnace during static non-gas loading, gas loading and dynamic gas loading states is described. The running time measurementduring both cold and hot states,non- loading and loading states are discussed and analyzed.

Abstract:Phase is an important parameter in radio technology. In this paper, the un- uniforrnreason of the indication when the same signal is being measured with different types of phase meters hasbean found after analyzing several groups of data. The errors of measurement caused by distorition ofseveral types of phase meters are presented.

Abstract:The precision of the ultrasonic flowmeter with small tube diameter and frequencydifference method is affected by several factors,so to gain more accuracy is difficult. In this paper manyfactors affecting the precision of measurement with the ultrasonic flowmeter with small tube diameterand frequency difference method are analyzed mathematically. Being based on that and combining withthe practical experence of developing this flowmeter for several years, the measure and method forincreasing precision of measurement have been proposed.

Abstract:The optical admittance of a single-layer film is derived from the characteristic matrix ofthe film pile. Based on the single- layer,recurring layer by layer,supercomposing one by one,deriving theequivalent admittance of the film pile and calculating the reflect coefficient of the amplitude, thereflectivity and transmissivity of hte whole film system is derived at last.
