Abstract:?The paper introduces the principle and design of the SAW pressur remote measuring sensor, the important sensing part of the sensor is the SAW oscillator which is composed of a SAW resonator. The chief results obtained in our lab are reported.

Abstract:The "doublesichamber negative pressure method" in a shock tube system for high sound pressure level calibration is provided in this paper. This method can overcome the shortcoming in the high sound pressure level calibration by using electrostatic actuator method which only gives the electricity performance of the calibrated condenser. The composition of the shock tube system to employ this method and test steps are described briefly in this paper, meanwhile a preliminare experiment result of calibrating the condenser CH16 is also given.

Abstract:A new type instrument using laser to spot and ultrasound to detect object within middle or short distance is introduced-Using single chip microprocessor as the core, adopting ultrasound wave with different frequencies for different distances measured and combining the signal processing method, this instrument has realized the high accuracy real-time measurement within the distances of 0. 6~1. 4m. The relative error is better than 1 %.
