Abstract:This paper introduces the application of Fault Tolerant technology in multi-beam laser tracking interferometer system for flexible coordinate measurement by adopting hardware and software redundancy techniques, the measurement system can be self-calibrated and the lost data due to the lost laser beam during the measuring period can be recovered. By using three single-axis laser tracking interferometers, the two-dimension coordinate measurement has been realized.

Abstract:Auto-accepting System of TDS600 Series Digital Oscilloscopes which adapted the mode of man-computer interface to replace the original manner operating approaches, is based on computer RIC386 as central control unit and sine-wave generator such as SG503 as signal standard. The digital oscilloscopes are program controlled through interface bus GP - IB. The results and wave forms can printed and plotted. It can accept all performances of the oscilloscopes and point out if all specifications of the instrument are satisfied within limits. According to introductions displayed on screens, the primary users may make all acceptance step by step and find out the results.
