Abstract:This paper introduces the new technology of exploring fast neutron for recent year. They are the rejected Y-ray, thermal neutron, coincidence spectrometer of the particles with electricity,'He central spectrometer of high resolution and wide energy range (0.1 ~ 15. 0 MeV)with proportion counter, fibrous brighten body with hydrogen used for rejecting Y-ray, neutron position distribution and the measurement of neutron energy spectrum, the fibrous brighten glass body with lithium used for long neutron counter for measuring average neutron energy,the direct exploration of neutron, the exploration and polarization of multielement matrix fast neutron used for the nuclear physics of the middle and high energy and heavy ion,the exploration used for verifying the image of neutron resource,the energy of entrance Lie nuclear and accompany particle technology of the neutron with high energy and so on. They are important for the development of the neutron metrology.

Abstract:The quality index of grating signal, especially the quality index of grating secondary moire fringe signal is analyzed. The circuit using to dynamically inspect the quality of grating signal is realized by harmonic analysis. It has a real significance for the development of metrological grating and the inspection of long grating.

Abstract:The development of laser alignment technigue and its common characteristics of the technical key points are described. Our research results in the field of high accuracy laser alignment technique are introduced. The problems of laser beam drift and the severe interference to the laser alignment by the atmospheric environment were solved with good results both theoretically and practically. The successful research accomplishments of the laser fiber alignment system, the dualfrequency laser coaxalitry measurement system and the laser alignment system based on optical activityare the representative accomplishments in the field of modem laser alignment technique and achieve the domestic and internationnal advanced level.

Abstract:In this paper, an exhaustive study of vertical column is discussed by analysizing the horizontal beam of cantilever 3D CMM whose structure character is considered, which concludes structural analysis,dynamics analysis and error analysis of the vertical column. We point out that the measuring error of 3D CMM caused by the elastic deformation and other factors can be added up and compensated by the software.

Abstract:In many cases of machining, the hard grinding material called cubic boron nitride (BN)can replace profitably conventional materials, such as corundum and silicon carbide, and raise a productivity remarkably if the process is controlled adequately. In order to attain a satis factory grinding results, however,grinding wheels are required to meet the need of high true running requirements.

Abstract:A new technique and its application, which are the shunt resistance thmocurrent temperature compensation investigated and applied professionally for the problem of the mismatch between the thermocouple and its compensation wire in the thermometry circuit,are presented in this paper. Test and application have testified: It is possessed of very good effects on the part of compensating the mismatch errors of temperature indication decreasing the errors of measuring system, correcting the true oven temperature and making it a change of good temperature response characteristics. The applied effect and investigation of the new technique,and the method of systematic adjustment and verification are emphasized in this paper.

Abstract:The paper introduces a new method of testing a sensitivity of the ultrasonic wave transducer. This method excludes the effect of an instrument on results measured in common method. A simple, economic and useful method is presented in measuring a frequency characterity of the ultrasonic wave transducer. The experimental results are given in this paper.
