Abstract:Ultrasonic technique offers the possibility of industrial measurement in many fields. Theultrasonic measuring techniques are limited in their ability to detect the interest information. With theprogress of electronic technique,some advantages of ultrasonic are shown. The aim of this paper is toreview some of the more significant developments,including precise measurement of ultrasound speed,measurement of stress in material,sensors in the chemical and process industries and ultrasonic spectralanalysis.

Abstract:The calibrating method of radiation temperature meter is discussed in this paper. A newcalibrating method, scaling function method,is promoted and for example Ge photoelectric cell, scalingfunction is derived and its error estimated.

Abstract:The formula of reflecting energy varying with the incident angle on the cube-cornerPrism is derived in this paper. The results indicate that the reflecting energy is the largest when the rayincidence is vertical on the fourth surface and the most low reflecting energy is approach to zero whilethe prism is normal.

Abstract:This paper introduces the instrument used for measuring contacting spots of gear. Theinstrument uses advanced linear CCD device for measuring sensor,and processing data and graphics withIBM PC/XT. It enables the measurement of contacting spots of gear to havealong jump compared withtraditional method. This paper focuses on optical and mechanical principle structure of the instrumentbriefly.
