Abstract:The Congruent relationship between sample step and diviation shape in linearity measurement is analyzed theoretically by frequency field theory, and the measuring error is decreased as the sample points are increased in the same conditions of the sample error. The choice of thesemple steps for linearity measurement ought to determine the requirement of accuracy of measurement.
