Aiming at the measurement planning problems caused by the huge parameter system and long measurement chain in the equipment development process, the general methods of establishing measurement models, designing measurement schemes and evaluating measurement results are analyzed, and the basic ideas to solve the measurement problems in equipment development are proposed, which provides a reference for the formation of universal, procedural and standardized measurement solutions.
