The methods of data processing and results characterization are introduced based on the program of inter-laboratory comparison of the digital oscilloscope time base verification capability. The outliers of the time base measurement results of a laboratory and the reasons of the misjudgments of verification results are analyzed. The processing method of similar problems in actual inspections are provided.
