The process of flow and heat transfer experiments in an aeroengine heat exchanger is presented in this paper，and given the summary and prosepect of flow and heat transfer measurement in aeroengine. In modern gas turbine expernments of the flow in an aeroengine Heat Exchanger is the key for the CCA system.High efficiency and compactness are the main feature for an aeroengine heat exchanger. Experimental data show the flow and heat transfer characteristics at different working conditions and obtain the local convection coefficient and the total pressure loss coefficient. PIV and MRI are useful for future research. The results are of benefit to modern aeroengine.
