CCD camera brightness and chromaticity test instrument with a series of measurement advantages have been widely used in flat panel display measurement field. In this paper, based on the advantages of relevant measurement standards at home and abroad, based on the traceability requirements of the flat panel display industry, the calibration device is developed. Based on the integrating sphere and spectral color measurement principle, the CCD camera luminance calibration device , And the measurement of the calibration device performance and characteristics of the device and the measurement results to verify. The results show that the calibration device meets the technical requirements as a measurement standard and can be used for calibration of CCD camera brightness and chromaticity parameters.
