This paper describes the principle of one kind of double temperature method temperature and humidity test chamber , analyzed the reasons of its inconsistent bewteen saturation temperature and dew point temperature. Lots of experiments have been done to re-define the function of its saturation temperature and relative humidity, and also through the experiments to reverse verify that the result of this new function is reliable.
