The functional requirements of precision test of the universal aerial fire control system instrument are analyzed.The design methods of the universal hardware based on the PC104 bus and the universal software based on the test model of precision test instrument of the universal aerial fire control system are introduced.At last,the main difficulties of technique and resolving methods are analyzed.
