This paper introduces the composition and principle of the rotating simulator of infrared target.The calibration method of the target temperature,average angular speed and fluctuation of the angular speed of the infrared target rotating simulalor have been given.The solution plan of the value quantity traceability of the optical electronic instrument can be provided with this calibration method.
