In this paper the applicability of four types of demodulation methods is discussed and the error of mesurement is analysed, then the formulas to caculate the error are derived. The affection caused by the change of the illumination power is also analysed, and the conclusion of choosing the demodulation type according the frequency of the measured object is decided.
