In this paper,the automatic testing system of the signal generator is introduced.The component,function,principle amd realized method of the automatic system are narrated.The structure,think of design and difficult point of design of the software system are introduced as the key points.The software of the automatic testing system is based on Vidual Basic 6.0.And the software communicates with the instruments via GPIB interface.The automatic testing system can handle the data and upbuild the document voluntarily.The testing system is practical,efficient and reliable.
