With the continuous improvement of the band of digital oscilloscopes,the wide bandwidth digital oscilloscopes are affected by high frequency effect more apparent and must be used more carefully,which puts forward stricter requirement about verification equipment and connections between different units. How to reduce or eliminate the bad effects and fully excavate the potential of the verification equipment,in order to realize accurate and entire verification to the greatest extent on the basis of normal verification items and methods of digital oscilloscopes,the paper studies the possibility of these items and adopted measures,especially discusses in detail the verification of high frequency characteristics about their bandwidth and transient response,so the complete verification of wide band digital oscilloscopes is realized.
