This paper introduces the evaluation method of uncertainty for the calibration to the two-pressure humidity generator in the field, and the source of the uncertainty mainly comes from the precision dew point meter,the precision thermometer Pt100 and itself. Through the testing data for the humidity generator, it supplies the detailed analysis.
