We introduce a method to combine the technology of fiber sensor with the tradition infrared moisture detector, and design a kind of fiber bundle sensor to carry out the transmitting signal and receiving signal. We use the principle of lock - in amplifier to amplify the weak singal and send it to A/ D conversion properly. Under the condition of fitting for every quality target, we make the entire system more simpler and cheaper.
